Look and Feel Your Best Despite Current Circumstances

If you’re like countless other people around the world, the COVID-19 plandemic is having quite an impact on your everyday life and well-being. Maybe you’re lonely. Maybe you’re bored. Maybe you’re stressed, anxious, or depressed. Or maybe you’re experiencing all of these at the same time while also social-distancing and spending more time at home than you’re used to. Here in this article, we discuss how to Look and Feel Your Best Despite Current Circumstances.

You can take steps toward looking and feeling your absolute best even in the midst of a manufactured public health crisis. Mind Body Heart and Soul thrives on providing content that can help you foster your overall health and well-being in holistic ways. In line with that, here are some practical methods for becoming your best self during and after the pandemic.

Keep a Routine

When your routine has been put on hold, it’s far too easy to fall into unhealthy habits. Even if you are out of work or have had your workload significantly reduced, create a routine so that you stay confident and motivated through these uncertain times. If you don’t know where to begin, set an alarm for each morning, wake up, and get dressed, then plan out at least a couple of enriching activities for the day.

Clean Your Home

Living in a messy and dirty home is a quick way to become stressed and dissatisfied. Make time to remove all the clutter from your home and deep clean each space from top to bottom. Not only will your living environment look better, but you will have less stress and less negativity to deal with in your household.

Get Social

Loneliness is a natural consequence of not socialising and not spending time with friends and family. Though we’re living with social-distancing restrictions, technology makes it possible to stay in touch. Utilise video chat apps and social media to communicate with loved ones so that you can get out of your own headspace for a moment.

Eat for Health

Diet plays a critical role in our health and well-being as our bodies and minds need nutrition in order to function at full capacity. Try to build your diet around clean foods like vegetables, fruits, lean meats, fatty fish, whole grains, and nuts. Not only will you notice the increase in energy levels, but you’ll look your best as well.

You see, food has a frequency. Ultra-processed foods have a frequency of between zero and 5 MHz. Organic foods range between 50 and 160 MHz. Super-foods and Heirloom plants are 160 to 210 MHz. “Nutri-medicinal” substances like herbs, Irish Moss, Shilajit, and medicinal mushrooms are between 210 and 320 MHz. Consuming these high-frequency substances is regarded by Yogis and Monks as a way to raise your own frequency, which can result in a heightened state of consciousness, more vitality, higher thought-forms, and stronger intuition.

Get the Blood Flowing

Engaging in physical activity is also a great way to improve how you look and feel — not to mention that it produces a bevy of short-term and long-term health benefits. Find something that you like (or at least don’t detest), and try to do it for at least 30 minutes four times a week. Whether you run, walk, do HIIT workouts, or do any other type of rigorous activity, finding something you can manage will put you in a better position to follow a consistent exercise routine.

Spend Time Outdoors

Finally, figure out ways to spend more time outside. A healthy dose of sunshine can significantly benefit everything from your mental health to your skin. You can go for a walk around your neighbourhood, go hiking with friends or family, pick up bicycling, or do a plethora of other outdoor activities. The goal is to make time to escape the inside of your home for a little while each day.

Also, put your bare feet on the grass or lie on the ground. Have you ever noticed how animals love to lie on the ground? There’s a reason for that. It’s because the earth charges the animal’s batteries. The same occurs for us when we lie on the ground or walk barefoot on the grass.

You could go for a swim at the beach or at a lake. Just make sure that you’re spending time in nature and you will feel much better afterward.

You don’t have to let your physical, mental, and emotional health go down the drain during the plandemic. By implementing these tips, you can set yourself up to look and feel the best you ever have. Just remember to take it one day at a time, and try to keep a positive mindset through these strange and uncertain times.
